General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply to all orders made in our online shop.

2. Contractual partners, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract shall be created with Leandro Lopes.

The products depicted and described in the online shop shall not represent a legally binding offer, but shall constitute a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the order button you shall make a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order shall follow by e-mail once you have sent off the order and shall not constitute acceptance of a contract. We can accept your order by sending you a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or by delivering the goods within 2 days.

A contract can also initially be created in the following ways:

·                If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the contract shall be created when your credit card is debited.

·                If you have chosen to pay by direct debit within the Payment in advance, the contract shall be created when we have received confirmation of the date on which your account will be debited (pre-notification).

·                If you have chosen to pay using PayPal, the contract shall be created when your payment instructions to PayPal have been confirmed

3. Payment
The following payment methods are available to you in our shop:

Advance payment
When you choose the advance payment method of payment we include our bank account details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods following receipt of the payment.

If you are paying the billed amount via the online provider PayPal, you must as a rule be registered with PayPal or register with PayPal, prove your identity by using your log-in data and confirm your payment instructions with us (except when logged in as a guest). You will receive additional instructions during the order process.

4. Collection by the customer
This is not possible.

5. Retention of title 
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Damage caused during transport
If the delivered goods have clearly been damaged during transportation, you must complain about the damage to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us shall have no consequences with regard to your lawful claims and their assertion, in particular with regard to your warranty claim. However, you would help us with regard to the carrier and/or transport insurance by acting promptly.  

7. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory law on liability for defects shall apply. You can find information on any additional statutory guarantees that may exist and their exact terms and conditions with each product and on special informational pages within our online shop.

8. Storage of the contractual text
The contractual text shall not be stored by us.

9. Contractual language
The language used for the conclusion of contracts shall be English.
