Right of cancellation
You shall have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party (or third parties) appointed by you, who shall not be the carrier, has (or have) taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Leandro Lopes, Gutenbergstr. 14, 48703 Stadtlohn, Germany; email@example.com) by means of a clear statement to this effect (e.g. a letter sent by post or by fax or an e-mail). You can use the enclosed specimen cancellation form to do so, although this is optional.
The sending of the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period shall be sufficient to observe the cancellation deadline.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a delivery type different from the common, standard delivery type offered by us). These payments shall be refunded to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the purposes of this refund we shall use the same payment method used by you for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged a fee for this refund. We can refuse refunds until we have received the goods again or until you have proved that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in every case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us about the cancellation of this contract. The cancellation period shall be respected if you send the goods off before the term of fourteen days expires. You must bear the direct costs of sending back the goods. You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling them in a manner other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
